Canistel - Pouteria campechiana

This variety is the hottest one on the market right now and really hard to get ahold of. This variety was originally collected by Roger Meyers while traveling around Puerto Rico. Many rare fruit collectors had the opportunity to try this variety recently and the conclusion has been that it is a top tier variety with top notch flavor and texture and is a very productive tree.
