  • During peak seasons (spring and early summer), processing times may extend to 7–10 business days due to high demand.

  • Orders are shipped Monday through Wednesday to avoid weekend transit delays that may stress live plants.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

  • We ship via trusted carriers such as FedEx and USPS.

  • Estimated delivery times:

    • Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days

    • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (if available at checkout)

  • Shipping times may vary depending on your location and weather conditions.


Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

    • Package size and weight

    • Delivery location

  • Occasional promotions may include free or discounted shipping.

Live Plant Shipping Care

  • All trees are carefully packaged to maintain moisture and minimize stress during transit.

  • Some natural leaf drop or minor cosmetic damage may occur during shipping—this is normal and your plant should recover quickly with proper care.

  • We recommend unpacking your tree immediately upon arrival and watering it as needed.

Shipping Restrictions

  • Due to agricultural regulations, we do not ship to certain states (e.g., Hawaii, Alaska, and U.S. territories) or areas with restrictions on live plants.

  • Some species may have additional restrictions depending on state laws.

Weather & Seasonal Delays

  • To protect your trees, we may delay shipments during extreme weather conditions (heatwaves, frost, storms).

  • If your order is affected, we will notify you via email.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • Nature’s Candy Fruit Tree Nursery is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.

  • If your order arrives damaged:

    • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

    • Include photos of the packaging and plant

  • We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Incorrect Shipping Information
